We ship our orders via USPS, UPS and Fedex. We ship on weekdays, and sometimes on Saturdays. Orders ship the next day after receiving them unless there is a back order or problem with the order. At which point the customer will be notified and involved in continuing the order process.
Special Order items will be shipped out once received by us from the manufacturer.
There is no shipping or freight charges on our orders over $15. Orders under $15 will incur a $5 charge. Tanks and cylinders are exempt from this. Freight charges will be applied. Call or email for shipping charges. We will need your zip code.
At this time, we do NOT ship outside of the USA. Call or email us for shipping international orders.
Once we have shipping an order, the carrier has the responsibility for delivery and/or loss. If you don’t have a secure area to receive the orders, call or email us to send it with a delivery confirmation and/or pay additionally for insurance.
With some exceptions, if you are not 100% completely satisfied with your products you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less the shipping costs) provided they are unused, have not been immersed in water, are in new condition, with original packaging, cards, manuals etc.
If you receive a damaged package, and damage product, let us know, but we hold the carrier responsible and you should contact them for financial arrangements. We recommend that you insure expensive orders. You can request this in your order process/notes. We will contact you before shipping to discuss the extra charges.
We will try, with our best efforts, to fulfill your orders exactly as you requested it. Please let us know if its not and we will make it right.
