All online orders are to be done by credit card or PayPal. Payments made in the store include credit cards, PayPal, cash, check, travelers checks, and money orders.

Shipping

Shipping is free for orders over $15. Orders under $15 are charged an additional $5 to help cover shipping costs. Our primary shipping means includes USPS, UPS, and Fedex.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns accepted for items unused, unopened and undamaged. Exceptions are custom, special ordered items and tanks/cylinders. You must call first and get an authorization number.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled unless shipped. Call or email (info@dayo.com) to confirm this. Deposits for custom items are non-refundable.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Dayo Scuba warrants to the customer that our goods will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when goods are properly applied for proper use. Products supplied with a Warranty Registration Card must be returned by the customer to validate Warranty Terms and Conditions of the warranty period. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been subject to abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, improper use or alterations after delivery to the carrier for shipment to the customer. Dayo Scuba makes no warranty as to the useful life of the goods. At Dayo Scuba's request and authorization, the customer can return goods to us at our address in Winter Park, Florida for verification that the warranty set forth in this agreement as limited by this document is applicable.
