Ahh I wish, I'm stuck here in Orlando.....gonna save the trip money this weekend and buy a frameless mask and some drysuit undies for next weekend.....just trying to find a deal on either of those two items isn't easy

What drysuit undergarments did you get? Sweat pants and a jacket just isn't cutting it now that my dives seem to be creeping around 1hr.

I am still sporting the sweat pants and sweatshirt. You may want to ask Denise about the pinnacle polar fleece, I think she just got one.

Ripcurl E-Bomb 3/2. They make a 5/4 also, but it's hard to find a dealer. It's not meant to be a diving wetsuit, but it's very well made and it's probably warmer than it should be for a 3/2. A hooded vest makes it tollerable in the springs, but I often wish I had a 5/4 on the surface intervals.

TJ, you're a funny guy, but I don't know what you are talking about. I'm not even here right now.

    I have
    T100 Polarwear
    http://barescubadiving.com/usa/drysu...-polarwear.asp
    and
    Polartec®PowerStretch® 300 Jumpsuit
    http://www.dui-online.com/dw_polar.htm

I wear the bare hi-loft 90% of the time, will be switching over to the DUi stuff
soon as it get's colder outside.
Really happy with the way the bare keeps the moisture off the body (sweat) it pulls it to the outside of the underware.

Thanks for the info Chris and Tommy. I'll check those out.
I'm mostly an offshore diver with some spearfishing thrown in. This time of year, the cold ocean upwellings that move in during the summer put a chill in ya real fast. My current 3 mil shorty just isn't cutting it.

So I'm shopping for a full suit that has great insulation properties, but doesn't overly restrict my movement.

    Thanks again,

    - Noel

    Noel,

If you are looking for a flexible and warm wetsuit, I recommend a Pinnacle merino-elastiprene suit. The merino wool lining will keep you warmer than any other type of wetsuit, and the elastiprene is much stretchier/flexible than standared neoprene. They come in different thicknesses. I have a 3mil full and 3mil hooded vest and and love them. I also think they are more durable than other brands of wetsuits. Dayo has a gereat price on them. If you dive every day and the suit will rarely dry out it probably isn't the best choice. The wool is an organic material and if it stays constantly wet, it can break down over time. If you dry your suit out after you dive, this won't be a problem.

Thanks Scott. I will add that one to my list of suits to consider.
I'm a weekend diver, so drying out between dives is not a problem.
