We will be pool training on Friday night at Lake Brantley High School Pool, and then diving on Saturday AND Sunday at Lake Denton.

For any AOW students, they can do 1/2 days at Lake Denton, and then finish off in the Ocean with Peter on the 29th of this month......

Swim alongs welcome both days!
